To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following terms and conditions apply to your pet’s stay:
- Pets must not foul any part of the Marina
- Pets are not permitted inside any marina facility, including but not limited to, bathrooms, toilets, Ocean Club, The Lookout Lounge or the Gym
- When in public your pet must always be on a lead or in a travel container
- You must prevent your pet from “committing a nuisance”
- You must prevent your pet from causing “unreasonable noise”
At any time, management hold the right to request the pet be removed from the marina if it is believed that your pet is causing a disturbance or any other problem within the marina. This request must be adhered to immediately.
