All marina guests have access to the pool at the Coral Sea Resort. You will need to show your access card at the concierge desk on arrival and then you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the pool at Airlie Beach's only absolute waterfront resort.
Enjoy a cool drink and a delicious bite to eat at the Coral Sea Pavilion and as a marina guest enjoy a 10% discount off your bill. Again, simply show your marina access card for your discount.

Upon arrival, guests are issued with an access card that provides access to berthing and private guest amenities.
In addition, Coral Sea Marina has comprehensive 24-hour CCTV coverage on all docks and throughout the marina precinct for your safety, as well as a Night Duty Supervisor that patrols the marina on after-hours.

Our fuel wharf is available for public use 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Card payment facilities are available on the fuel wharf.
Due to the high volume of boat movements, it is essential to make a booking in advance with the marina office for refueling between 8.00am – 4.30pm.
To reduce congestion, we allocate half an hour for each vessel to utilize the fuel, water and pump out facilities. This allows us to honour fuel booking times and assists the next vessel to dock for its scheduled time.
If you require assistance with lines on the fuel wharf, please contact is advance to arrange for the dockhand concierge to be available at your allocated time. This applies to fueling during office hours only.
No booking is required outside of office hours.

We have two main car parks, these are both open car parks (not boom gated) and we unfortunately do not take bookings. Both car parks are pay to park - you pay for the period you will be staying in the car park. We recommend you download the EasyPark app to pay for your parking.
What you need to know about parking at Coral Sea Marina?
- We do have after hours security patrolling the marina precinct daily and CCTV surveillance is in use.
- We have both short term and long term parking available.
- Long term parking is available in the south marina top level car park and is payable at the machine up to 21 days.
- For long term parking of 30 days, you can make payment via the EasyPark app - details on the parking machine signage. The EasyPark app charges an additional 10% per transaction.
- If you require parking for 30+ days, please visit the office during business hours to arrange a permit. Office hours are 8am to 4:30pm daily.
- Please allow enough time to find a park, pay and then make your way to the vessel or charter/company, especially during peak times such as Easter, Christmas and the Cruising Season.
- Coral Sea Marina parking machines accept credit card or debit card only. No gold coin payment option available.
- There is no undercover parking available at Coral Sea Marina.
- All loading zones continue to be Maximum 20 minute parking - infringement notices will apply for excessive parking durations.
- Please be advised that towing has been authorised across the site for repeat non-payment infringement notices.
- All vehicles with a parking permit must park in the top car park in the south marina. This will be monitored by our car park manager and infringement notices will be issued to permit holders parked in the bottom (short-term) parking bays.

To arrange gas refills, please visit the marina office between 8am - 4.30pm daily.
Your gas bottles will then be refilled for you and will be ready for collection that afternoon prior to 4.30pm.
All gas bottles must be in date and compliant with current regulations for us to fill them.

There is also a baby changing area located in the public Disabled amenities in the north marina village.

Located on the top floor in the south marina, adjacent to The Lookout Lounge, is a private guest gym.
With stunning views over the marina, the gym offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a range of weightlifting and functional training equipment.
The gym is open from 6am - 9pm and your access card is required to get through the Lookout Lounge gates.
Please bring water bottle and your own towel.

There are laundry facilities available at Ocean Club (south marina) and in the north marina village (next to Ocean Rafting).
Ocean Club laundry is open with a marina access card from 6am – 9pm daily. The machines at Ocean Club are coin operated and a change machine is available for your convenience.
The laundry in the North marina village is open from 6am - 9pm daily and no access card is required. These machines have card payment facilities.
If you have any problems with the machines please contact the marina office, so we can pass on any issue to our laundry service provider.
A private laundry service is available locally also, for details please speak with the guest service team.

Ocean Club is our 26 metres floating guest facility located in the south marina on Q Arm. Twelve private ensuite bathrooms plus a fully equipped laundry are situated on the first floor, whilst the second floor provides an exclusive waterfront sundeck area offering stunning views of the marina. Complimentary guest WiFi, BBQ facilities, coffee & tea making facilities, book swap and magazines are available for all marina guests to enjoy.
Ocean Club also includes the Guest Business Centre available for those guests who need a quiet space to catch up on some work. This space is open 9.00am - 4.00pm daily. Fully air-conditioned and with WiFi available.
Your marina access card will provide access to Ocean Club.

15amp single phase power (x1) is included with your berthing. Use of multiple 15AMP single phase power incurs an additional daily charge.
3 phase power is available (on request) and is metered at the berth.
Coral Sea Marina purchases its electricity from an Authorised Energy Retailer and through our registered embedded electricity network, we provide and on-sell this electricity to you. We call tenders to ensure that our rates are the most competitive available. Our electricity rates are based upon a direct pass-through costing reflective of what we incur. Where separate metering (3-phase) is provided, we use the actual electricity consumption as recorded on the meter and apply our current electricity service rates as a separate charge to you. For 3-phase metered power an aggregated energy fee is applicable, based on consumption. Current rate includes a metered actual usage rate of 0.36c per/kWh (inc. GST) plus an aggregated network, service, metering and energy network management service charge of 0.08c per kWh (inc. GST).
It is mandatory that all electrical leads connecting to our shore power must be tested by a qualified electrician and have a current and valid tag displayed on the lead. It is also a requirement that single phase power leads are to have a current rating no less than 15AMP for safety reasons.

There are private amenities available in the north marina, south marina and at Ocean Club. All private amenities contain toilets, hot/ cold showers and premium change facilities. Your marina access card provides access to all our private amenities 24 hours per day/ 7 days a week.
Should you encounter any issues with the amenities, please speak directly with the Guest Services team.
We also have public amenities available in both the north and south villages available for those marina visitors who are enjoying the marina precinct or departing/ returning for day tours or overnight trips. These include a dedicated public Parent Room in the south marina village.

Being a certified Clean Marina Level III, we are committed to best environmental practices.
We have recycling facilities in both refuse compounds (north and south marina) for the following materials – glass, aluminium cans, paper/ cardboard, hard plastics, waste oil, waste fuel and oil filters.
Please help us maintain our beautiful environment by using the appropriate bins to reduce the amount of waste we have collected for land-fill. Garbage is cleared on a daily basis. Recycling several times, per week. We ask that you crush cans and cardboard boxes to optimize the facilities for all guests.
- Hazardous materials – should you have any hazardous materials (e.g. oil, filters etc) which require removal from your vessel, our dockhand can assist with this. Fees apply, please contact the Guest Services team for information.
- Containers for Change - we highly recommending separating out your cans and bottles and taking them to Anything Environmental Cannonvale. For every can/ bottle you can redeem 0.10c.
- Batteries - we can recycle batteries by arrangement with the marina office.
- Furniture/ White Goods - Large items such as old furniture, white goods etc. need to be taken to the Cannonvale Transfer Station and disposed of correctly, we do not accept this type of refuse.
- Waste Oil - disposal of waste oil is accepted during office hours, contact the marina office for the keys

Launched in 2021, The Lookout Lounge is an exclusive private guest lounge with spectacular marina views and an informal relaxation area. The Lookout Lounge offers a touch of comfort to our guest's experience and acts as a casual meeting area.

We have a range of trolleys, which are available for use by our marina guests for assistance with luggage and provisioning.
Trolleys are located in the north village, south village, on N arm and at Ocean Club. We kindly ask that trolleys are returned after use.

We have self-service pump out facilities for grey and black water on the fuel dock. The marina is a nil discharge area, so we highly recommend you make use of the pump-out facilities available.
During office hours (8am - 4.30pm) you will need to contact Guest Services to make a booking, due to high levels of traffic on the fuel wharf.
Should you require assistance with the pump-out we can provide a full pump-out service through our dockhand on request (fees apply).

Guest WiFi is available throughout throughout the entire marina, however signal strength is impacted by many factors - weather, where you are located in the marina, where you are located on your boat, the boats next to you etc. For good signal strength we recommend you use one of our WiFi hotspots, either Ocean Club or The Lookout Lounge.
