With 520 wet berths and the ability to accommodate vessels up to 80m, Coral Sea Marina offers much more than a place to ‘park your boat’. Inclusive in all berthing is access to power, water and a range of concierge services, from courtesy car fleet to our Ocean Club Guest Business Centre and the newly opened private guest lounge, the Lookout Lounge. Access to our private amenities, guest laundry, WiFi and a stunning open-air sundeck on Ocean Club are also included in the cost of berthing, so contact us today so we can discuss a short or long term berthing package which will suit your needs.

Arrival Information

Berths are available from midday (12pm) on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. We understand you may wish to extend your stay with us, so please notify us  of your intentions as soon as convenient so we can accommodate your request. Due to the high volume of vessel traffic we experience, it may be necessary on occasion to relocate to another berth for the remainder of your stay.

As a busy commercial marina we are unable to provide berth allocations in advance. Whilst we do try to accommodate specific berthing requests, please understand during peak periods this may not be possible.

If you intend on arriving outside of office hours, we simply require a forward booking. We will then contact you on the day of arrival with your berthing allocation and our Night Duty Supervisor will be available to assist you on your arrival.

Coral Sea Marina monitors VHF channel 09 during office hours. Call sign “Coral Sea Marina”.

All guests are required, whilst moving around the marina, in particular when using the fuel wharf, to monitor VHF channel 09.

Marina Forms & Procedures

Your safety, the safety of your vessel and preserving our marine environment are paramount to us at Coral Sea Marina. Please refer to our comprehensive list of marina procedures, to acquaint yourself with marina requirements.

All guests staying with us at Coral Sea Marina are required to complete our Berthing Agreement. Completion of this document and providing us with a current copy of your insurance will assist in servicing you better throughout your stay.

Vessel Insurance

All vessels staying with us must have current full comprehensive insurance including P&I (Protection & Indemnity) cover to the value of A$10M. Insurance must be from a provider that is licensed to operate in Australia under the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

A copy of your vessel’s current insurance documentation is required, along with a completed Berthing Agreement when checking in.

Electrical Leads

It is mandatory that all electrical leads connecting to our shore power must be tested by a qualified professional and have a current and valid tag displayed on the lead. It is also compulsory that all single-phase power leads are to have a current rating no less than 15amp for safety requirements.

Jetski Pontoon Hire

Coral Sea Marina have dedicated jetski pontoon hire available (weekly, monthly and annually). Hire rates include access to all private marina guest facilities, including Ocean Club, The Lookout Lounge and guest gym. Jetski pontoo hire is subject so signed berthing agreement and valid PWC insurance.
