Borrow one of our courtesy cars, relax in the private guest lounge, The Lookout Lounge, or book a helicopter transfer service. Coral Sea Marina have launched a dedicated Coral Sea Flight Collection with our aviation partners Helireef, providing unprecedented access and convenience for marina customers arriving or departing the Whitsundays. Helireef are conveniently located in our north marina village, just a short walk from the private helipads.
We can meet flights from both Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) and Hamilton Island Airports allowing vessel owners to get to Coral Sea Marina in record time and without any delays. Our heli-service operates from our private helipads within the marina, 7 days a week, between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Also available through the Coral Sea Flight Collection are scenic flights, golf days, snorkeling trips and private flights to a range of exclusive locations including Whitehaven Beach and Heart Reef.

Courtesy CarsCourtesy Cars
Our fleet of courtesy cars enable marina guests to book a car for two hours to assist with provisioning or accessing local suppliers. Available 7 days a week, in two hour time slots, we highly recommend making a booking in advance due to the popularity of this service. There is no charge for this service or the refueling of the cars, both are included as a complimentary concierge service for our valued guests.

Contractor Induction Program
A Contractor Induction Program has been introduced to ensure a consistent high standard of service provided by contractors and tradespeople is maintained.
In accordance with WHS legislation, prior to work commencing, Coral Sea Marina requires all contractors/ tradespeople to check in at the marina office to complete the required Contractor Induction Program.
Insurance and trade qualification certificates are mandatory and all power tool leads must be tested and tagged. Inducted contractors will be identified with a contractor lanyard and access card, $50 per card payable at the time of induction.
Boat owners are responsible for ensuring any tradespeople they engage to work in their vessel have completed our induction program.
Dockhand ServiceDockhand Service
Our daily dockhand service is about bringing the good old traditional service back to the docks. Upon your arrival into Coral Sea Marina our dockhand will greet you at your berth to assist with your lines and ensure a safe and comfortable arrival into the marina.
If you are looking to get a gas bottle refill or assistance to your vessel with luggage or provisioning, the dockhand can assist in facilitating these requirements. We can even organise any mail you may be expecting to be delivered directly to your vessel.
With our daily dock walks, you can rest assured that your vessel is sighted throughout the day to ensure safe keeping.

Before arriving at Coral Sea Marina we recommend downloading the Coral Sea eConcierge app. Not only will this assist you with finding your berthing allocation but also provides a great tool for all new and return visitors to find their way around the marina and to research services, facilities and amenities they require during their stay.
With direct links to recommended local suppliers and up-to-date information about marina and regional events, the eConcierge app is a one-stop-shop for all your marina needs.

If you are in need of a quiet space to get some work done if required, or needing access to the internet and a laptop, then guests are welcome to use the Guest Business Centre located on the top floor of the floating Ocean Club.
Open from 9.30am - 4pm daily, there is a complimentary laptop available for personal use.

Mainstay Sailing, through its owners, directors and all its staff will deliver the highest level of training and services to its customers and associates. They keep up to date with the latest available equipment and technology and share the information and knowledge to improve the enjoyment and safety in sailing, cruising and in boating in general. They do their best to make it fun, interesting and to stimulate a spirit of adventure in the process.
Their teaching style and methods are tailored to cater for persons of all abilities and learning styles.
Mainstay Sailing courses and tours include RYA Training (internationally recognised qualification), sustainable sailing training, and overnight sailing adventures from 2 days to a week long training trip.

If you are a paying private marina guest, we will happily accept postal deliveries on your behalf to the marina office.
Please ensure that your name, vessel name and your phone number are all clearly marked on your arriving deliveries.
Deliveries can be sent to: Coral Sea Marina, Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach, QLD 4802.
Our Guest Services team will contact you to let you know when your delivery has arrived.

Launched in 2021, The Lookout Lounge is a dedicated private guest lounge, with spectacular marina views and an informal relaxation area. The Lookout Lounge offers a touch of comfort to our guest’s experience and acts as a casual meeting area where like-minded boaties can share a coffee, a cold beer or a chat about their latest on-water adventure.
With comfortable furniture, a pool table, expansive balcony, plus beverage and snack options, The Lookout Lounge is the newest addition to Coral Sea Marina designed with our guests in mind.

We have a range of partnerships with local suppliers through which you can arrange for provisioning to be delivered to the marina. For delicious fresh seafood Fishi have a range which won’t disappoint. Speak with them about their Seaduction Platter, which is the perfect way to celebrate your arrival in the Whitsundays or for a day out on the water.
Master Butcher Whitsundays supply premium, quality meat and dairy products and deliver directly to the marina. The Prickly Pineapple, supply a range of locally sourced fruit and vegetables at great prices and also deliver directly to the marina.
For the complete provision service try the bespoke services of Whitsunday Provisioning or Slice of Nature, both of which deliver daily to the marina. Coles Online will also deliver to the marina, at a pre-arranged time slot.

With over 50 commercial operators calling the Coral Sea Marina home, including 80% of all on-water tourism in the region, there is a diverse range of experiences awaiting you here in the Whitsundays.
From jetski tours to scenic flights, from diving the Great Barrier Reef to lazing on Whitehaven Beach, our Guest Services team will happily assist you in finding the right tour or activity for you.

As a part of our concierge service we offer to book airport transfers for incoming and outgoing vessel owners or their guests. With a choice of private car or shared shuttle transfer service, we can arrange a suitable transfer which will service every arriving or departing flight into/ out of Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport.
Our Guest Services team are able to make these arrangements for you, add the transfers to your final marina invoice and simplify the arrival or departure process of you or your guests to make a transfer booking. You can make a booking here.
If you are departing or arriving from Hamilton Island, we can also arrange transfers to/from Port of Airlie to meet your ferry service. Please come and speak with the Guest Services team at least 24 hours prior to your required transfer time/ date and we would be delighted to assist with making suitable arrangements.
