Whether you’ve spent the day sailing around the Whitsundays or weeks on the open sea, once you’ve berthed with us, you’ll be looked after like a VIB (Very Important Boatie).
It begins with our dockhand assisting you at your berth. Then discover our vibrant marina village filled with state-of-the-art facilities and a full range of marine and leisure services. Borrow one of our courtesy cars, relax in the private guest lounge or enjoy our guest gym. Discover the Whitsundays by booking in on one of the many hero experiences that run out of the marina.

Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers
We are happy to book airport transfers for incoming and outgoing vessel owners or their guests. There is a choice of private car or shared shuttle transfer service. All transfers are available for all arriving or departing flight to/ from Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport.
Our team can make the booking for you and add the charges to your berthing account. Alternatively, you can make a booking directly with Heart of the Reef Shuttles here.
If you are departing or arriving from Hamilton Island, we can also arrange transfers to/from Port of Airlie to meet your ferry service.
Please speak with the marina team at least 24 hours prior to your required transfer time/ date and we will assist with making suitable arrangements.

Our fleet of courtesy cars enable marina guests to book a car for two hours to assist with provisioning or accessing local suppliers.
Available 7 days a week, in two hour time slots, we highly recommend once berthed at the marina you make a booking a few days in advance due to the popularity of this service. There is no charge for this service or the refueling of the cars, both are included as a complimentary concierge service for our valued guests. However, should you wish to make a donation to one of our chosen charities, there is a donation box at reception in the marina office.
To make a booking, please ask the friendly staff about car availability and conditions of use.
Bookings can only be made once the vessel is checked-in at the marina.
Dockhand Service
Dockhand Service
Our daily dockhand service is about bringing the good old traditional service back to the docks. Upon your arrival into Coral Sea Marina our dockhand will greet you at your berth to assist with your lines. They are there to ensure a safe and comfortable arrival into the marina.
If you need a gas bottle refill or assistance to your vessel with luggage or provisioning, our dockhands can assist.
With our daily dock walks, you can rest assured that your vessel is sighted throughout the day to ensure safe keeping.

If you are a paying private marina guest, we will happily accept postal deliveries on your behalf to the marina office.
Please ensure that your name, vessel name and your phone number are all clearly marked on your arriving deliveries.
Deliveries can be sent to: Coral Sea Marina, 1-3 Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach, QLD 4802.
Our team will contact you to let you know when your delivery has arrived.

Mana at Coral Sea is a quiet wellness room on the hotel’s main level. With one dedicated treatment room, sessions are private and unhurried. They offer a considered menu of treatments—massage, customised facials, and simple add-ons to tailor your time. Appointments are by booking, and each treatment is adjusted to your needs on the day. Mana at Coral Sea is located in the hotel lobby via The Shop.
Morning couples massages are also offered in the resort's private beach cabanas.

Open from 9.30am - 4pm daily.

We offer a range of heli-tours and transfers through the Coral Sea Flight Collection with our aviation partners Helireef. Providing the ultimate convenience for marina guests the marina's private helipads are located on the rock wall in the north marina village.
A heli-service can be organised to meet any flight from Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) or Hamilton Island airports allowing vessel owners to get to Coral Sea Marina in record time. The heli-services operates from our private helipads within the marina, 7 days a week, between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Also available directly from the marina are scenic flights, golf days, snorkeling trips and private flights to a range of exclusive locations including Whitehaven Beach and Heart Reef.

Provisioning

We have a range of partnerships with local suppliers through which you can arrange for provisioning to be delivered to the marina.
For delicious fresh seafood Fishi have a range which won’t disappoint. Master Butcher Whitsundays supply premium, quality meat and dairy products and deliver directly to the marina. The Prickly Pineapple, supply a range of locally sourced fruit and vegetables at great prices and also deliver directly to the marina.
For the complete provision service try the bespoke services of Whitsunday Provisioning who delivers daily to the marina. Coles Online will also deliver to the marina, at a pre-arranged time slot.

Trades/ Contractor Induction Program
Trades/ Contractor Induction Program
A Contractor Induction Program has been introduced to ensure a consistent high standard of service provided by contractors and tradespeople is maintained.
In accordance with WHS legislation, prior to work commencing, Coral Sea Marina requires all contractors/ tradespeople to check in at the marina office to complete the required Contractor Induction Program.
Insurance and trade qualification certificates are mandatory. All power tool leads must be tested and tagged. Inducted contractors will be identified with a contractor lanyard and access card. $50 per card payable at the time of induction.
Boat owners are responsible for ensuring any tradespeople they engage to work in their vessel have completed our induction program.

Mainstay Sailing will deliver the highest level of training and services to its customers and associates. They keep up to date with the latest equipment and technology. This knowledge helps improve enjoyment and safety in sailing, cruising, and boating in general.
Their teaching style and methods are tailored to cater for persons of all abilities and learning styles. Mainstay Sailing courses and tours include RYA Training (internationally recognised qualification), sustainable sailing training, and overnight sailing adventures from 2 days to a week long training trip.
