About Natalie:
Natalie discovered the importance of resilience through her own challenging journey. After enduring a distressing life event and later surviving cancer, Natalie recognised the link between stress and disease, and immersed herself in the study of Mind Body Medicine, stress management and life coaching.
Natalie has authored two books, “Campfire for the Heart” and “Campfire for a Woman’s Heart,” which share the stories of 55 resilient men and women who turned pain and trauma into peace and happiness. As an author and resilience trainer, Natalie’s mission is to cultivate happiness and resilience, regardless of life’s circumstances.
