What could be more exclusive than a formal dinner on the iconic Whitehaven Beach? This amazing opportunity is available this October, to Abell Point Yacht Club members.
The evening will include a delicious three course meal, served along a stunning ‘white’ themed banquet table and full table service provided by Fish D’Vine. You may have visited Whitehaven Beach before, but as the sun sets and you take your place at the stunning dining table, you may not have experienced Whitehaven like this!
Arrive on your own boat, or share the cruise over with friends. Anchor up and relax on the back deck for the afternoon before donning your best beach whites for an evening experience like no other. Cruise over to the beach in you tender and enjoy the delicious menu. Laugh under the stars and share cruising stories with your crew.
This is a totally unique Whitsunday event bringing together yacht club members and their guests for an evening of gourmet food, stunning surrounding and great company.
- When: Saturday 12 November from 5:30pm (**Note: Change of date – the dinner on the 15 October was postponed due to inclement weather)
- Where: Whitehaven Beach, Whitsunday Island
- How: Sail or motor to Whitehaven at your leisure (no transport provided)
- Cost: $120 per person
- Dress code: White, white, white!
- Drinks: BYO wine/ beer
RSVP: For catering purposes, RSVP is essential. RSVP to abellpointyc@gmail.com by 7 October, confirming name/ email and contact number. Payment details for the tickets will be provided on request. There are limited tickets available (only 120), so book now to avoid disappointment. Priority for tickets given to financial members, guests to the region please register your interest and APYC will be in contact after the 1st October to confirm remaining ticket availability.
If you wish to join in the fun but are not a financial member of the club, then sign up today for $80 per person or $120 per couple and have access to a range of events throughout the year and become part of a group of like-minded boaties.
