Winners at the Marina of the Year Awards!
We are incredibly proud to announce that we won the “Best Community Support” award at the 2023 Marina of the Year Awards hosted at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in Sydney this month, for our EduTourism initiative, the Coral Sea Academy.
The Coral Sea Academy was developed to provide a platform to educate guests, locals and visitors to the Whitsundays on topics related to our marine environment, the Great Barrier Reef, better boating practices and sustainability.
We feel privileged to be in a position where, as a business, we can affect positive change in our local community, protect our natural environment and shine a light on themes that are meaningful to the Whitsundays region.
We were also named as finalist in the “Industry Innovation” category for our Platinum Crew Club, which was developed to ensure our visiting Superyacht crew have the best experience possible when staying in our region.
