A new course run by Soul Shift –
Your instructor Lou, says:
“Troughout Soul Shift Barre we work through your whole body using strengthening exercises a dancer would use to create a strong and ready body. We mainly use body weight however a small weight will sometimes be introduced.
I have been dancing for more than 35 years and created this barre class over five years ago and it is my absolute passion to help people get fit not only on a physical level but also on a mental and/or spiritual level which is why I have added a meditation to the end of class.
The package includes 3 classes and there are 6 different times to choose from throughout the week. There will also be a weekly email from me with wellness guides, inspiration and either a meditation or mantra suggestion, or possibly both.”
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
